The Sony Ericsson GC86 quad-band GSM/EDGE PC card just got FCC approval to be shoved violently into your laptop. The card is available on all GSM networks, which means Cingular and T-mobilites can get their slow-speed mobile browsing wherever they have signal. And if the EDGE rates on my T-Mobile MDA is any indication, you’re going to be begging for Starbucks to open up even more chains so you can hop onto their sweet, milky WiFi.
