BIOS magazine of the UK reports on a new Sony digital voice recorder series with a 1.2MP cameras and even LCDs for viewing the pics you take. They have 256MB of integrated flash memory, and certain models also have a Memory Stick slot for expandability. They appear to have some nice features, but I didn’t see any mention of “crossover” functionality; something like appending voice recordings with certain pics you take using the integrated camera would be nice. Still, with hardcore recording functionality such as automatically elminating long periods of silence, this could turn out to be an interesting product.
