The Amazon Appstore already gives away one free app each day, but today it’s decided give away 30 apps, worth a combined total of $115, for free to anyone with an Android phone. Here are the pick of the bunch that you should download first.
The offer runs until Saturday, and there are some great offerings here: Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English, say, which usually goes for $3o or Plex, which would usually set you back $5. You can check all the apps on offer out here, but we’ve listed the best ones below.

If you don’t own a Kindle Fire, you’ll need to install the Amazon Appstore for Android on your phone before you can take advantage. Fortunately it’s pretty easy sailing. Go to Settings and navigate to Unknown sources option (which is under Applications or Security, depending on your device). If Unknown sources is unchecked, tap the checkbox and hit OK.
