Someone put the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers opening music to the recent trailer for Guillermo del Toro’s giant mecha-vs.-monster movie Pacific Rim, and the results are divine. The only problem I have is that I wish it had ended with its own mashed-up title card, instead of just the Pacific Rim logo. Hmm… let’s see… Mighty Morphin’ Pacific Rim? Huh, that’s still MMPR, but it’s a bit awkward. Pacific Rangers? Too generic. Power Rim?
