This planet now belongs to the bugs that once served as its robot slaves. They’ve built cities in its ruined sewers, and terraformed its surface in a way their programming tells them is pleasing.
On another planet, you can see some spider bots in the mist. These images are the work of UK artist Daniel Baker.
I’ve featured Baker’s work here before, too – I think his images of robots really capture what these future creatures might look like. He experiments with different body shapes for his bots, and places them in imaginative scenarios that are small stories in themselves.
