I like this Singaporean house as much as my dream house—also in Singapore. It may not be by the beach, but it looks like it’s growing from solid water. The living room itself has water walls:

The Tangga House—as it’s called—is built around a central courtyard, with the borderless pool surrounding two sides of the house and a garden growing on its roof. I don’t know how much this will cost to maintain, but I wish I had the money to pay for it. [ArchDaily]
