If I died right now, I’d leave behind 5,036 Twitter followers, 1,705 Facebook fans, 79 unread emails—oh, and some loving family members. I’d hope whoever would write my obituary would think to mention those family members.
It terrifies me to imagine a world in which Internet strangers could become part of our obituaries, but I suppose I could get over it—especially if I get mentioned in the final biographies of the celebrities I follow on Twitter. [Matthew Diffee]
