Now we must add a new partnership to the greatest team-ups of all time — Dragonball Z’s Goku and Kentucky Fried Chicken’s Colonel Sanders. The two are currently working together in Japan, as KFC promotes the first new DBZ movie in 17 years, Battle of Gods, while Goku shills the Colonel’s chicken in the above commercial. If the wonder of hearing Goku’s high-pitched Japanese voice say “Kentucky!” doesn’t appeal to you, maybe the picture below of a Col. Sanders statue wearing Goku’s trademark gi and holding a dragonball will.
I wonder what would Col. Sanders wish for? A 12th secret spice? More fingers to increase his capacity for finger-lickin’ goodness? Or maybe he’d just want to fry Shenron the dragon in his secret blend of herbs and spices?
