The first images of Star Trek toys have appeared… and they’re the Star Trek Barbie and Ken dolls… lovingly recreating the likenesses of Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto and Zoe Saldana. Awesome!

I love Barbie anyway, so I’m doubly pleased that next May’s bright-and-shiny space adventure is joining the Barbie revolution. Although in keeping with Mattel’s price-gouging tradition, these dolls are going for $45 each. Bah. [Trek Movie]
