The German site Android News claims to have the first screenshots of Amazon’s App Store for Android. But what does it reveal, exactly?
Besides looking like an app store shoehorned into Amazon’s web UI, it appears Amazon will not only sell select apps at a lower price than the Android Market, but they will also have exclusive apps, such as the Call of Duty games. I’m not sure how I feel about the idea of digging through multiple app stores, but a little bit of price competition isn’t necessarily the worst thing for us end users. [Android News via Accessoweb]
