Working in conjunction with Vodafone, Toshiba will be releasing the 903T. This phone features a 2.4″ 240 x 320 screen that can display full color maps for some hot navigation. This phone will used by Vodafone for their new NAVI service. Right now this phone is only available in Japan, but the GPS system does support maps worldwide. The phone itself also features a 1.92 megapixel camera, and 64mb of internal memory.
