Toshiba busts into the European 3G mobile handset market with the introduction of the TS 921 for Vodafone. It has a 1.92MP camera and 2.4″ display, and looks strikingly similar to a few Japanese models I’ve seen. Especially with the SD card slot and MPEG-4 playback capabilities.
