Underworld Reboot No Longer a Reboot

Instead of starting the franchise over with a full reboot, as reported earlier. Instead, we're getting a sequel with some new characters.

The Hollywood Reporter says that the fifth movie in the vampire series will center around David, Theo James' character from 2013's Underworld: Awakening. Now far more recognizable, thanks to Divergent, James is reportedly set to star opposite two new female characters.

They're supposedly casting for the female roles now, with filming scheduled to begin in the spring. Cory Goodman, who wrote Priest, is still writing it.

I never thought it would be a reboot. It was probably only called that because everything is called a reboot now, even when it clearly isn't. It's a buzzword that has already lost its meaning.
