In the days before environmental regulations, the War Assets Administration disposed of its metallic sodium from WWII the old-fashioned way — by throwing it into Washington’s Lake Lenore and watching it go boom. So let’s sit back and kick off the week with a nice chemical explosion.

Fortunately, Lake Lenore was fish-free, so no fishies were harmed in the making of this explosion.
