There are way too many Bill Clinton parody accounts on Twitter, but believe it or not, the 42nd president hasn’t had his own handle. Until recently when Stephen Colbert made one for him. His username? @PrezBillyJeff because every other viable option was already taken.

The clip of Clinton hamming it up with Colbert at the TV personality’s Galactic initiative is pretty great, not only because Bubba dictates his first tweet. But also because he talks about email—or lack thereof—when he was in office. Spoiler alert: it was mostly interoffice and people still communicated via phone and snail mail.
