Warner Bros. just unleashed their new line up of films, spilling out a whole bunch of new movie announcements and full-scale superhero franchise reboots. This includes a standalone Wonder Woman movie, a Suicide Squad film and a brand new Flash (which they've already cast!!!). UPDATE.

According to Ben Fritz of the Wall Street Journal, Warner Bros. CEO Kevin Tsujihara announced in a major investors meeting this morning that The Flash movieis definitely happening. Here's how it's all going to fit into their schedule: Suicide Squad will be the next DC movie released after Batman V. Superman in 2016. In 2017 there will be a standalone Wonder Woman along with a Justice League picture. Then in 2018 they will release the aforementioned Flash movie along with an Aquaman flick (with Jason Momoa starring). Next in 2019 is Shazam (Dwayne Johnson plays Black Adam) also in 2019 is a sequel to the Justice League. Then in 2020 there will be a Cyborg movie and a new Green Lantern movie, too.

Other DC movies "in the works" (according to Fritz) includea stand-alone Batman movie, and another solo Superman movies as well.

But the big news is the Flash announcement, along with the casting of the lead Ezra Miller. You may remember his work from We Need To Talk About Kevin and The Perks of Being a Wallflower. According to Variety:

"The Flash" story revolves around Barry Allen, a scientist who awakes from a coma and is gifted with the power of super speed. Allen is a part of the Justice League and it is expected that Miller will have some sort of cameo in the upcoming pic "Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice" where that team is likely to be unveiled."

Lots and lots of interesting news, what do you think?

UPDATE: More news from the announcement. Turns out Zack Snyder will be directing both the Justice League films, and David Ayer (Fury) is in talks to direct the Suicide Squad [via THR].
