I go through things like this with my wife's family. During holidays I'm usually in a room fixing peoples computers they brought with them, answering questions about where to get music, porn, cheap hardware, video games, you name it. It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't keep asking me the same questions over and over. Everytime I fix their machines about a few weeks later they re-download all the crap they had on it before with 100 different toolbars. And they don't call me directly....they call my wife to ask me if I can help them. Ugh...
