Our friends and colleagues at sister site Lifehacker tried uploading a video to the YouTube video sharing service via a cellphone, and they tell us it worked beautifully. YouTube just rolled out the mobile upload capability, where you can easily e-mail cellphone video clips to the site.
It looks like a fairly well-developed routine, where you can set default privacy levels and categories in two separate profiles. For the launch, YouTube is supporting mobile video uploads from Cingular, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon.
