Overall Health Balance Scale Measures Everything But Peen Size

Aimed, one guesses, at Japanese health obsessives, the Overall Health Balance Scale measures a person's health in six different ways: weight; BMI; subcutaneous fat ratio; organ fat level; muscle level; and basal metabolic rate. There's too much debate where to start measuring from if you're just using a ruler.

This is an excellent tool for athletes that need to make weight, and maximize their muscle to fat ratio, such as boxers and mixed martial artists.

Oh, and to measure peen size, start from wherever will give you the longest reading....

...and then add three inches.
