With Kinect, you can do video chats with other Xbox users (with Kinect), as well as Windows Live Messenger on the PC. Microsoft’s also talked about Windows Phone 7.

And, with Kinect, when you’re in the middle of a video call, you can watch movies and TV together with other Kinect users.
Update: Whoops, no Windows Phone 7 support for Video Kinect yet, just the Xbox Live services we’ve heard about before.
