If you’ve been looking for work in the Washington Post’s Jobs section, you might have one more thing to worry about. User IDs and e-mail addresses for 1.2 million accounts were compromised on June 27th and 28th. No passwords or other personal information was accessed.

The hack was attributed to an “unauthorized third party,” though it falls in the shadow of the hacking mayhem of the Antisec movement. The biggest risk from the attack is an influx of spam and phishing attempts, so as always, don’t send people your shit over email. [Computer World]
