On Sunday, Commander Barry Wilmore of Expedition 42 took this photo of the Great Lakes and the surrounding region from the International Space Station. In addition to the spider-webbing of lights and the sweep of clouds, there’s also a “Wow, Michigan really is shaped like that!” factor to this beautiful shot of Earth.
