Hmm. It’s clearly based on the uniform Steve wore while Bucky was busy being Captain America in the comics. On one hand, it’s definitely better-looking than his Avengers costume. On the other hand, OMG WHERE ARE HIS STOMACH STRIPES HE CAN’T BE CAPTAIN AMERICA WITHOUT RED AND WHITE STOMACH STRIPES. On a mysterious third hand, never mind, actually he looks pretty good.
