Sugar Cookies
Ingredients:
2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
1 cup butter, softened
1 ½ cups white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Stir together flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a small bowl
In a separate bowl, beat sugar and butter in a large bowl until smooth
Add in egg and vanilla extract and then gradually blend in the flour mixture
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place two inches apart on greased baking sheet
Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes
