With this and the HP Maclikebook, the whole "Apple tax" is bordering mythological, as these look-alikes cost significantly more on top of being less powerful (though the HP has some significant edge in some respects). The regular Adamo starts at $100 over the starting price of the Air, so how much is this slab going to cost over it for the XPS branding? My guess is, enough so that one could just as well get the Air, put Windows on it and still have change left over.
