An anonymous tipster sent us this flyer of Dell’s mysterious Black Ice technology. Apparently it’s a two-stage thermoelectric liquid cooling solution that will be a part of a new XPS, which our tipster says will come with an Intel Core 2 Extreme QX6700 CPU.
