You may think you know most of what needs to be known about the history of the Universe, the solar system, Earth, and human civilization. And perhaps you do, but not in the way the beautiful Big History Project presents it. The project looks to the past not as several separate disciplines but as a whole:
Where did everything come from and where are we heading? These are the questions at the heart of many origin stories. Big history rewinds the clock to the beginning of time to answer the same questions and examine the Universe as a whole, drawing on evidence and ideas from many academic disciplines.
