Fly Through Alaska's Hidden Ice Caves With This Drone Video

Drones armed with cameras give us a different view of the Earth than a human videographer can offer on foot. This drone video lets us fly through narrow passageways into the luminous ice caves of Alaska.

Firelight Films claims that Bigger Than Life represents the first documented drone flight through ice caves, and director Lion El Aton and drone pilot and cinematographer Christopher Carson certainly give us a beautiful tour of the icy landscape. The behind the scenes video is also a treat, showing us the flight of the drone as well as more shots of those wonderful caves.

I really like these videos. I hope in the future they will use drones to explore deep inside the caves. Stuff like this really does represent our planet as being truly unique.
