Having teamed up with the Institute of Culinary Education, IBM is taking a food truck on the road around the United States, reports Eater. On its travels, chefs will be cooking up recipes spat out by the supercomputer; currently in Las Vegas, it’ll soon be heading to Austin in time for SXSW. Seeing as you ask, the dishes cooked so far include:
Creole Shrimp-Lamb Dumpling
Baltic Apple Pie
Austrian Chocolate Burrito
Turkish Bruschetta
Caymanian Plantain Dessert
Swiss-Thai Asparagus Quiche
Portuguese Lobster Roll
All of which sound interesting, if not immediately irresistible. Which one would you most like to eat? [Eater via Verge]
