As always, the British Library’s flickr gallery of public domain images is a delight. There are over ten thousand pages of things to sift through. This is “Image taken from page 152 of ‘Lilliput Lyrics ... Edited by R. Brimley Johnson. Illustrated by Chas. Robinson,’” and, lest you think that the actual poem this image accompanies explains why it’s on wheels, be assured — it doesn’t. It does talk about one hiding amongst the raspberries, though.
