Ruairí Robinson directed the critically panned
Last Days of Mars and was once attached to direct the live-action Akira movie, but he’s best known for his short films. Still, after seeing jaw-dropping this proof-of-concept teaser for The Leviathan, we want a feature-length version of Robinson’s monster-hunting film.
Robinson has directed a ton of delightful shorts, including
Blinky™, The Silent City, and Fifty Percent Grey, which earned him an Oscar nomination. He created The Leviathan as a pitch, and what a pitch it is. Team Robinson up with some filmmakers who can help him translate his vision into a full-length film, and we’ll put our butts in the movie seats.
