Because usual tightrope walking is apparently not daring enough, a group of extreme sports enthusiasts took to the skies to attempt to walk a line from one hot air balloon to another. And they brought cameras to film their own terrific falls.
This groups of daredevils is called the Skyliners, and their highlining stunts include climbing, slacklining, and tightrope walking at great heights. Recently, Sebastien Montaz-Rossetebastienreleased a documentary about the crew, titled I Believe I Can Fly (Flight of the Frenchies).
None of the walkers made it all the way from one balloon to the other (thank goodness for parachutes), but Montaz-Rossetebastien promises they’ll be back in the air to try again.
