It’s been quite some time since we addressed this, but it appears the “Jackito” thumb-operated PDA still lives. The product page has an “order” option with $600 price tag, so I guess that means they’re ready to actually start shipping the damn things. For those of you that missed the “announcement” 9 months ago, the Jackito is a “tactile digital assistant” meant to be operated with the thumbs. You’re supposed to be able to easily drag documents between folders and manipulate the OS in other ways, but I believe that in the same way I believe their “7 processor” claims. Even the official website shows some pics of the device with a color screen, and some without. What the hell?
