i bought the book after reading your WIRED article (got here yesterday- but havent had a chance to read at all), and I know that you talk a lot about physical therapy...

It looks like I wont be able to take advantage of a lot of the advice, because of a recent knee injury (tibial plateau fracture & damage to ACL although negative for full tear). Do you know of some really good physical therapy resources or conditioning resources to build up knees, ankles, etc. for purposes of rehab and injury prevention?
