Appearing alongside the perpetually-delayed Bionic (left) in some leaked pics sent to Engadget is the Droid HD (right), which is said to have a 4.5-inch HD screen (possibly qHD?) and a size zero width.

While most of the Droid Bionic specs are already known, the pictures do give away a few more details about the Droid HD titian: it has an 8MP camera and is capable of shooting 1080p video, and seems to have side-loading compartments for a microSD card and SIM.
