Panasonic has introduced a “folding” electric bicycle. Called the “Off Time,” the bike can be folded to fit inside of a car’s trunk, go with you on the train, or stashed under your bed for when you need to make a quick getaway. Its lithium-ion battery can drive for about two and a half hours, but I presume that even if it runs out, you can still pedal it like a normal bike.
