This may be the best scientific paper abstract ever written

The title of the paper: “Can apparent superluminal neutrino speeds be explained as a quantum weak measurement?” The abstract? See for yourself:

Short. Simple. To the point. Kind of a like a self-aware, peer-reviewed version of @YourTitleSucks.

This paper (available free of charge via IOPScience) was published prior to news that 2011’s faster-than-light neutrino findings were due to a measurement error – the result of asimple mechanical mishap.

Big thanks to Regis for bringing this to our attention.
