Whoa, remember that 0.85 inch hard drive from Toshiba that was announced like a year ago? Well it’s finally ready to go into production in April. And it was 2GB back then, but now it’s up to 4GB. Toshiba plans to put the drives in portable audio players and cell phones. Let’s hope they have some nice shock protection in these, because one good fall and oops, there goes your whole contact list.
