Oh Big Ass Spider, you are the new Sharknado — but instead of being an unwatchable shark-filled tornado flick, you are a highly enjoyable giant-spider movie that knows exactly what it’s doing. So check out the first three minutes of the wondrous movie that is Big Ass Spider (set to a fantastic cover of the Pixies’ “Where is My Mind”).
Starring Heroes’ Greg Grunberg, Big Ass Spider is about a big-ass spider. Specifically, a big-ass alien spider who, “escapes from a military lab and rampage the city of Los Angeles. When a massive military strike fails, it is up to a team of scientists and one clever exterminator to kill the creature before the city is destroyed.” Damn, we love these sort of B-movies.
Big Ass Spider will be released on DVD and Bluray on January 7th.
