Holy crap, are Reddit users launching a nefarious cyber-attack on the Pentagon’s underwater drones? Apparently some very confused CNN producers thought so, broadcasting HTML source from a Reddit page to accompany a story about high-level government security breaches. Sigh.
So there’s absolutely no way that the code CNN broadcast is malicious, but in fairness to the time-crunched producers, that green screen does look downright menacing. [Reddit via BetaBeat]
