The Center For Science in the Public Interest is here to once again ruin your unhealthy dinner plans with a new list shaming nine of the most calorie-packed meals available at chain restaurants across the US. If you’re thinking about starting a diet any time soon, avoid these for the love of all that is holy and good.

The worst offender is Applebee’s Build Your Sampler appetizer platter which is packed with 3,390 calories, 65 grams of saturated fat, and 11,650 milligrams of sodium. By comparison, the recommended calorie intake for the average male is only 2,500 calories for the entire day—not just for your dinner appetizers alone. And sodium? Health officials recommend no more than 1,500 milligrams a day.

We also want to give a shout-out to Sonic’s Candy Slushes, which are nothing more than 600 calories worth of soda with 370 calories of candy dumped into them. Refreshing and heart-stopping.
