If you want to know what the insides of that beastly Nintendo DSi XL “portable” look like, iFixit did their thing today and removed them all for your viewing pleasure.
There are few surprises inside this largely aesthetic update to the DSI line. Most of the changes are size-related, like larger battery capacity (DSi: 840 mAh; DSi XL: 1050 mAh battery), logic board size, and weight (obvious!), which increased from 216 grams to 314 grams.
