Ginger Snaps: The Series

In a recent interview with Dread Central, director John Fawcett confirmed there’s “some heat” surrounding the long-gestating Ginger Snaps TV series, adding “some creative minds” are “working on this as we speak.”

Doctor Who

A new report from British tabloid The Sun suggests Doctor Who‘s 2026 Christmas special may be postponed to Easter 2027. According to the outlet, the BBC has “found it difficult to find anyone who’ll take on the part of the 16th Time Lord, partly because it now feels like a role that comes with all the baggage of the most recent series. There are fears that even if they do manage to pull something together, it is going to be a poor cousin to previous Christmas specials which have always been adored by fans.”


Creature Commandos

In response to a fan on Threads (via The Direct), James Gunn confirmed the second season of Creature Commandos “won’t be long” after the release of Man of Steel, adding there’ll be “more stuff as well shortly thereafter.”


Spartacus: House of Ashur

According to Deadline, Starz has canceled Spartacus: House of Ashur after one season, though Lionsgate Television is “shopping it to other platforms.”


Rooster Fighter

Finally, Adult Swim has a clip from this week’s new episode of Rooster Fighter.
