Interesting development. It’s not quite an LCD PC, it’s not quite a smart display. It’s some strange mutant strain we’re seeing here, Doctor.
The BenQ LCD TVs use Mediabloc software to stream music, images, and video from a networked server. You don’t quite have all the Media Center Edition overhead and you don’t have much power, but the concept is pretty thrilling, especially since BenQ isn’t too pricey and this stuff could trickle down into standard TVs afore long.
