Nowadays every laptop and its mom comes with an ExpressCard slot that usually goes unused. Sven007 at Instructables has a writeup of a little DIY mod that would allow a stash of cash to be attached to the ExpressCard filler dummy card that is usually included with said ExpressCard laptops. The only problem is if your laptop gets stolen you are really screwed.
