Given that Game of Thrones’ astounding sixth season only came to close a month or so ago, it seemed unlikely that the showrunners would have much to say at their Comic-Con panel—especially since we know production on season seven has been delayed. But they did have two little treats for fans.
The first is this short blooper reel from the last season. I won’t spoil the fun, except to say I think Dany should absolutely do a drunk-dragon-driving PSA.
This “season seven preview” is a look at where the season is at—which is basically at the very beginning of pre-production. So you have artists, blacksmiths, costume-makers, etc., all getting the props and sets and everything else ready for the show’s penultimate season. Hey, it’s nice to know at least some people are working on it, right?
