Buddup! Dwank! Buddup Dwank! Dum-dum-da-da-dum-dum. Dum-dum-da-da-dum-dum! No matter what happens, I’ll still remember the old James Bond movies with absolute fondness. They can turn the franchise into a strange amalgam of Rambo and Lethal Weapon, but I’ll always love the gadgets.
This one reminds me of an old film camera I bought at Odd Lots back in the days when I used to run around pretending to be a spy (2002-2003, approximately). The old camera held one of those little barbell shaped cartridges, Kodak 110, I guess, and took picture of highly dubious quality. This thing, however, is shaped like a lighter and is designed to shoot spies on the sly. Not much better than those pen cams of two years ago, but it’s still pretty cool looking.
