Samsung announced the SPH-V8400 today that’s only 15.9mm thin. The slim and light new slider phone has an MP3 player, a 1.3 megapixel camera, an electronic dictionary, photo-editing functions, a “USB disk” (eh?), file viewer, and voice-dialing.
