Audrey Kawasaki paints part-manga, part-Art Nouveau scenes of women in supernatural settings. Kawasaki places her subjects in a “sensually esoteric realm,” where sea creatures, skeletons, and beasts from Japanese mythology roam. It’s some sexy-odd phantasmagoria.
