Unlike the fat fake Batman who always gets arrested, this vigilante is actually good at his job. Police in the UK say that a man dressed as Batman recently handed over a wanted man to police. After the suspect was in custody, the Batman disappeared.

The Trafalgar House Police Station said:
“Last week we had a very strange occurrence at the police station when a male wanted for an offence on our area was ‘escorted’ into our helpdesk at Trafalgar House by Batman… Batman came into the helpdesk, stated to the staff ‘I’ve caught this one for you’ and then promptly vanished into the night to fight crime and the fear of crime in Bradford.
No one knows who the man was nor if he knew the suspect, who was charged with handling stolen goods and fraud, he brought into custody (he had to be in on the joke right?). A nearby costume store owner said she sold the old school Batman outfit a few days before Batman caught the bad guy. The man had paid for the costume with a credit card but the costume store owner will keep the Batman’s identity a secret. For the good of Gotham and all that. [BBC]
